The building systems technology to be utilized was developed by a company that makes compressed earth bricks. These bricks are tongue & groove construction, consist of 92% subsoil and 8% cement. They are extremely cheap, require no water or kiln processing and generate significant employment. The 1-ton compressed brick-making machine is mobile (capable of being towed by anything from a truck to Oxen.
We propose to train and certify local builders to construct affordable residential and commercial buildings using factory-built modules, which are fireproof, vermin proof, hurricane and flood resistant, and extremely cost and energy efficient. We can also make available electric power via solar roof tiles, solar arrays and small wind turbine systems as an option.
